Q : How can I place an order? .
A : Choose product which you want to buy and click on the Buy Now Button. This will lead you to the order form page, fill out the order form and press button (Buy from 2CO) a new page will open, this page will show the detail of your order (with a job id which will helpful to view your order status) click on Check Out Button to go to Secure transaction put your credit card info.
Q: How do I provide the image files (graphics, backgrounds and logo’s)?
A : You can Email your graphics file at support@KoolDesigning.com.
Q: Are there any additional costs of modifying Images?
A : There are no such additional costs at Kool Designing. Feel free to modify your graphics, as you like.
Q: What kind of Graphic files can I use?
A : You can use the following file formats for logo / images on-line: bmp, jpg and gif. Files larger than 2.0 Megabytes will not be uploaded.
Q: How do I verify my order?
A : After completed order process you'll receive an e-mail regarding confirmation of your order.
Q: What forms of payment are acceptable?
A : 2CO is the authorized retailer of Kooldesigning.com. We accept all the cards accepted by 2CO.
Q: What are the odds for an unsatisfactory product?
A : In case of a mistake on our behalf we will redesign your job with no extra cost.
Q: What are .cdr, ai, psd files?
cdr files are corel draw source files.
.ai files are adobe Illustrator source files.
.psd files are adobe photoshop source files.
After design approval of your printable Item, we will e-mail .cdr, .ai, .pad files to you. You can take these files to your printer and get them printed or you can view / modify thses files (using adobe Illustrator, corel draw, adobe photoshop).
You will not be able to view these files in image viewing software like Internet Explorer, Paint, Window picture and fax viewer etc.
Q: What is static banner?, what is animated banner?, what is flash banner?
A: Static banner:
Static banner is a simply an image (.gif or .jpg banner) with no moving elements.
Animated banner (.gif) is an image have movement of text, picture etc
Flash banner is an ".swf" or media file with movement of objects (text, picture etc ..)
Q: Can I ask for modifications to the banner you designed? If yes - how many?
A : Yes, of course. UNLIMITED RISIVISIONS. You can ask for modifications to the banner we design for you.
Modification include design modification / redesign / concept change and this process continues unless you are 100% satisfied. Modification DOES NOT include banner size change You don't need to worry that you will be stuck with the banner that you don't like.
Q: What if you designed banner for me and I don't like it and I decide not to use it ? Will I lose my money?
A : Your 100% satisfaction is our mission, we will redesign your banner with different concept, but if after few attempts and modifications if you still not satisfied, we will refund your payment to you.
Q: What kind of changes can/can't I request?
A : You CAN NOT request change to the physical size of your banner. Though you can request any change except physical size change.
Q: I want to order for flash banner, but I don't know how to insert flash banner on my page?
A : Inserting Flash on your website pages
If you use Dreamweaver:
1. top menu Insert >>> Media >>> Flash
2. New window open and ask for flash file path, locate the file (with extension ".swf") and click ok.
3. Your flash image has been inserted. You can view it on the page when you do "Preview in browser" (By pressing F12).
If you use Frontpage:
1. top menu Insert >>> Advanced >>> Plug-in
2. In the opened window click browse and located the flash file. Set the file size (for example Height - 60 and Width 468 according to banner size) and click OK.
3. Your flash image is now inserted on your page. html code to insert flash banner:
